In her business career, Ms. Hoeft has been involved extensively in operations, administration and accounting. Most recently Ms. Hoeft served as Director of Project Management for a major telephone data collection company.

Her prior experience was as Director of Operations for DSG Associates, a $3,000,000 mystery shop company, where she managed over fifty employees in all areas including, IT, operations, project management, human resources and accounting.

At Taco Bell Corp. Ms. Hoeft held a variety of management positions including Restaurant Manager, Training Supervisor as well as Project Manager within their R&D Department.

Other management experience included her role as an auditor for KPMG, one of the leading accounting firms worldwide.

Ms. Hoeft is a graduate of UC San Bernardino, CA with a BS in accounting.
