Richard Cook's market research experience began with a major call center in 1998 (holding positions such as interviewer, programmer and project director).

Richard has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Lincoln University, Jefferson City Missouri. His minor coursework included Philosophy and Computer Science.

Richard has done extensive graduate work in Research and Evaluation Methodology at Utah State University, Logan Utah. He has also worked as a graduate research assistant at the Developmental Center for Handicapped Persons and the Early Intervention Research Institute.

Richard's industry and educational experience, with a background in all operational departments, and his can do attitude make him an integral part of the ORI team.

Richard is a member of the Marketing Research Association's Southwest Chapter.
