Opinion Resources is a telephone data collection company founded on the principal quality first. With over 80 years of accomplished experience in Opinion and Marketing Research, the founding partners have pooled their expertise and authoritative knowledge in managing and executing over $35 million in telephone data collection studies in the past 12 years alone.

There are many data collection companies that can execute simple data collection projects, but not all are experienced in the management skills and procedures that are required on large, complex studies. Especially those studies that look to manage response rates by multiple call attempts, refusal conversion, etc. Proper training and management follow up can make the world of difference with these types projects.
